About the Role

The Management Trainee will join the Design Engineering team to support the design and development of injection-molded plastic components for automotive and industrial applications. The role involves product design, engineering documentation, prototype validation, design optimization, and collaboration with customers, manufacturing, quality, and project teams. The trainee will build competencies in product development, CAD design, manufacturing processes, and innovation projects.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and engineering problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in product design, CAD tools, and manufacturing processes.
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
