An incredible and impactful facade was achieved by the architect in this building constructed in the Vanves commune of Paris. They mixed different materials with Sika finishes and products specially developed for ETICS/EIFS systems.
Hot Pot Town in Chengdu Sichuan, China

A metallic finish was applied to this building, mixed with wood to get an interesting effect of color and texture.

The acrylic coating is a water-resistant product which offers different kinds of textures and is rich in colors. In this project, the result of the contrast between light yellow coating and stone is visually pleasing.

This traditional house only needed a smooth coating to renovate its facade. Sika’s elastomeric paint was the best solution.

For this huge and imposing convention center, the architect looked for a stone imitation material for the facade. The proposed solution was a ceramic coating product, which is a thick coating of paste containing different sands to get its special, realistic stone-like appearance.

In this country house, the architect has constructed the house by mixing materials like Sika acrylic render, stone and metallic structures in a harmonious way.

Like the project in Alcobendas, the architects looked for an attractive facade finish for this building which could also meet energy efficiency and CO2 emissions reduction needs at the same time. In addition, they got self-cleaning properties due to the hi-tech photocatalic technology available in the Sika finish render specially formulated for ETICS systems.

This modern residential complex near Belgrade broke with the traditional architecture of the surrounding area and was designed in a luxury condominium style. A white silicate render was proposed for the facade finishing in order to ensure an aesthetic appearance as well as durable, breathable performance.
